The Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) trained officials from the National University of Asunción (UNA) on the use of the Goods and Services Management System (SIGEBYS) and on interoperability advancements involving the National Directorate of Public Procurement (DNCP), the National Directorate of Tax Revenues (DNIT), and the Ministry of Public Works and Communications (MOPC).
